Handmade Ceramic Bowls – “Bathing in the IJssel”
This set of two handmade ceramic bowls shows two figures bathing together. They are calm and relaxed, enjoying a quiet moment side by side. The scene captures a simple feeling of peace and connection.
The outer side of each bowl is carved in intaglio with the flowing shape of the IJssel river. A small church appears in the design — a subtle symbol of place, community, and reflection.
The larger bowl has a diameter of 37 cm, the smaller one 23 cm. Both are finished in soft, muted tones of grey and blue, adding to the gentle and peaceful feel of the work.
Treasure box
Small gift, unique treasure case, contents you can provide yourself as a token of appreciation.
These boxes are made of porcelain clay and mahogany wood, with copper details. The mahogany base plate is clamped by, among other things, two copper rods. The boxes are all made by hand, so no box is identical. Nice to give as a gift, possibly with content (note, something dear, jewelry, money or something tasty). Dimensions vary per box: Approximately 11 x 5 x 7 cm. Prices vary from € 45. It is possible to have it sent by Djan.

This is usually possible on a Saturday between eleven and five o’clock in Deventer, Walstraat 8.
A little bit depending on the work. For some of the work, it is not a problem. At most there will be some extra shipping costs. For the somewhat “complicated work” pick-up in Deventer is my preference. Please feel free to contact me.
